To terminate the lease early you are required to provide a written sixty day notice. You have to pay the early termination fee defined on your Early Lease Termination addendum. Yes, renter's insurance is required. You must carry at least $100,000 in liability coverage and Groves South Lamar must be listed as an interested party.
